Rectangular Tanks

Rectangular Tanks
Our rectangular fish tanks are engineered for optimal use in trout hatcheries, marine fish farming, and aquaculture facilities requiring efficient space utilization. The smallest tank model measures approximately 50 cm in width and 300 cm in length, commonly used in trout hatcheries. The largest models can reach up to 20 meters in length and 3 meters in depth, offering scalable solutions for intensive production systems. These tanks are constructed using flat reinforced panels, supported by structural profiles for enhanced durability. To minimize dead zones and promote water circulation, the tank corners are rounded. Based on the tank size and project requirements, units can be manufactured as single-piece or modular/demountable structures for easy transportation and on-site installation.

Key Advantages of Rectangular Tanks:
- Lower risk of fish deformities compared to circular tanks.
- Space-saving design: Makes better use of available floor space, especially in high-density systems.
- Simplified fish harvesting and grading operations.
- Flexible layout options: Ideal for compact or linear facility designs.
Considerations:
- Requires higher water circulation speed to maintain water quality.
- Frequent cleaning is essential to prevent waste accumulation in corners.
- May require multiple inlets for water, oxygen, and feed distribution.
- Generally involves a higher production cost compared to round tanks due to structural complexity.
Whether you're running a freshwater hatchery or a marine aquaculture facility, our rectangular tanks provide a functional, durable, and operator-friendly solution for efficient fish farming.
