RAS-BOX is a compact, modular RAS filtration system developed for recirculating aquaculture facilities. Mechanical filtration, biological filtration, degassing, oxygenation, pumping and automation can be integrated within one system according to project capacity and target water quality. The result is an organized, scalable water-treatment solution that can be installed in new facilities or integrated into existing production areas.
Each system is designed around fish species, total biomass, daily feed input, water temperature, salinity and the planned water-exchange rate. RAS-BOX is more than an equipment enclosure: flow, hydraulic loading, nitrogen load and oxygen demand are evaluated together to configure an integrated filtration module for the specific aquaculture project.
